This therapeutic sleep story is part of the long-term project Voice School of Sleep (2025–2060) by Natasha Pisareva-Poluektova.
In this gentle bedtime module, Mama-Bee introduces the new word “sleep” in 9 of the world’s most spoken languages:
• English — sleep
• Spanish — dormir
• French — dormir
• Portuguese — dormir
• Chinese (Mandarin) — 睡觉 (shuìjiào)
• Arabic — نَامَ (nāma)
• Hebrew — לישון (lishon)
• Russian — спать
• German — schlafen
The storyline, tone, breath rhythm, and repetition are built on the architecture of sleep-based language learning.
Mama-Bee teaches through voice, rhythm, and structured acoustic flow in the calm vocal range of 77–93 Hz.
The program is designed for healthy children from the age of 2, as well as for children with:
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• ADHD
• Down syndrome
• high sensitivity
• anxiety
The modules support:
• bedtime routine
• morning adaptation
• stress relief
• passive and active speech repetition
