It quickly became a favorite, and the first track on disc 2 happens to be Broken Wings. What a beautiful song! I met Jonny back in 1998 when I attended the Irish Music Summer School at the University of Limerick.  We hung out every time I was in Dublin.  He showed me the versatility of the bodhran when he took me to a blues club and played along with the musicians there.  He’s a singer/songwriter.  He plays guitar, bazouki, bodhran and the dourd.
