" Matt Bettinson emailed a question: "Hey Marc, Do you use listener voice messages for Irish & Celtic Music? How do you usually collect them?" Joseph F Dumont emailed: "Hello Marc, I love your shows thank you. I listen to them during my daily walks. When I don't listen to your show, I walk about one kilometre every 12 minutes or so. When I hear you play some great Celtic tunes, my pace picks up drastically as I walk to the beat. Then I am going about 9 minutes per km. It is awesome. I have now lost over 30 lbs and am closing in on my 40lb goal. You should promote this music as a weight loss program.
