In November 2004, New York couple Peter and Joan Porco were brutally attacked in their bed with an ax. Peter died at the scene. Joan survived and nodded “yes” when a detective asked her if her son Christopher was their attacker. After she recovered from the attack, Joan said she didn't recall that nod and that Christopher was innocent. “48 Hours" Correspondent Peter Van Sant reports.
