In addition to issuing an administrative stay on the USAID funding cases on Tuesday afternoon, the court also granted the Trump administration's petition for certiorari on the tariff cases, agreeing to take up the matter just a week-and-a-half after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit issued a rather stunning ruling affirming the Court of International Trade (CIT) decision which set aside five of President Trump's executive orders imposing tariffs.   As indicated, the court is scheduling oral argument in the case(s) for the first week of November.
